HIV/AIDS Resources

KSDE and Southwest Plains Regional Service Center
HIV/Sex Education Grant

Dr. Darrell Lang, Health and Physical Education, HIV/AIDS and Human Sexuality Consultant from the Kansas State Department of Education funds under the CDC Cooperative Agreement, 6 regional HIV/AIDS Centers.  Each of the centers is responsible for a number of school districts, so the whole state is covered.  He provides each center with funding to purchase materials/AV equipment on HIV/AIDS/STDs and Human Sexuality Education.  

The centers have resources for teachers to check out and use in their school districts.
