Cancellation Policies
Regular Workshops:
SWPRSC requires notice of cancellation by phone (800-728-1022) or fax (620-675-8396) no later than 2 full business days prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations received after this time frame will be charged an administrative fee of $25. Those failing to cancel will be invoiced for the full applicable registration fee. Substitutions will be permitted.
Universal Inservices/Conferences:
SWPRSC requires notice of cancellation by phone (800-728-1022) or fax (620-675-8396) no later than the posted cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after this time frame will be charged an administrative fee of $50. Those failing to cancel will be invoiced for the full applicable registration fee. Substitutions will be permitted.
Deadlines vary depending upon the contract signed by SWPRSC and the speaker. The cancellation deadline could be as much as 5 weeks in advance or more. The applicable cancellation date will be listed on your confirmation. In addition, it will be posted on our webpage and in the inservice booklet within the data set of details for each specific universal inservice or conference.
SWPRSC will offer an “early bird” registration fee to those registering prior to the posted cancellation date. Registrations received after this date will reflect an additional 15%.
