Strategies and Resources for Implementing a High-Quality Individual Plan of Study (IPS) Process

This session will provide attendees with tools to support their school districts in implementing a high-quality Individual Plan of Study (IPS) process, K-12. Topics will include:

Students' Right to Know Act (Kansas degree stats, KTIP Report, potential earnings of the U.S. miliary, KDOL labor market information and other information relevant to students' understanding of potential earnings);

new KSDE resources (Elementary School Career Awareness, Middle School Career Exploration);

resources created with the Regional Education Laboratory (REL),

Scope and Sequence Template;

and the IPS Digital Reference Guide.

THIS SESSION IS APPROPRIATE FOR IPS COORDINATORS, COUNSELORS AND ADMINISTRATORS.
