Southwest Kansas students interested in the career field of education had the chance to hear from area and state educational leaders on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at SWPRSC. This session is the first of many showcasing the various career fields that exist in our geographical area. The session was facilitated by Joe Coes, SWPRSC and various community partners.
This session provided an opportunity for high school students, interested in the education field, to meet with adults and business partners in these areas to learn about "a day in the life" skills it takes to get there and possible internship opportunities. Important leadership skills were interwoven throughout the day.
